Our solutions for Military Facilities
Metal components in military construction projects must withstand the most extreme security requirements. They not only provide reliable protection for infrastructure and personnel, but also meet the tactical requirements of modern defense or civil protection installations.
From resilient stair systems with maximum load capacity to innovative facade elements with tactical coating, each made from special alloys suitable for security purposes depending on the application.
Secure movement systems
- Stairs
- Walkways
- Non-slip floors
Metal structures for access systems in facilities combine maximum security with tactical functionality. The reinforced stairs and walkways with slip-resistant surfaces ensure reliable pathways under extreme loads and adverse conditions. Special coatings minimize noise generation and light reflections while providing protection against corrosion. Individually planned solutions or modular systems can be flexibly adapted to existing structures and meet the highest military safety standards in barracks, command centers and logistics facilities.
Facades elements
- Metal profile gratings for facades
Facade solutions combine architectural integration with military requirements. With over 20 different embossed patterns in various material options (steel, stainless steel, aluminum), they offer not only aesthetic design possibilities but also functional added value as sun, wind and privacy screens. The special coatings reduce thermal signatures and light reflections for improved tactical camouflage.
Facility security
- Security wire
For optimal perimeter security, the Graepel Barrier S wire systems offer the highest deterrent quality. These coil barriers made from 0.5 mm steel sheet with 2.5 mm spring steel wire create an effective “accordion effect” through their special interlocking design. Available in galvanized finish or stainless steel 1.4301, optionally with olive green coating, they provide reliable protection for military installations and security-critical areas.
